Refund Policy

• Eligibility Window: Refunds are available within 7 calendar days from the official course start date.
• Processing Fee: All approved refunds are subject to a 5% deduction to cover payment gateway and administrative fees.
• Non-Attendance: Refunds will not be issued if you miss live classes or fail to attend sessions. Once the class has been delivered, it is considered fulfilled.

• Include your full name, course name, registered email ID, and—if comfortable—a brief reason or feedback to help us improve (optional but appreciated).

• Full Payment Requirement: Students opting for installment payments must complete the full course fee as agreed during enrollment.
• Delayed or Incomplete Payment: Incomplete or delayed payments will result in suspension of access to live classes and course recordings, and may lead to removal from the batch.

Note:The installment option is provided purely for your payment convenience. While you pay in installments, the company covers the full cost of instructional and administrative services upfront for the entire course from the beginning“.

• No Refund for Incomplete Payment: No refunds will be issued if the installment plan is not completed.

• Early Requests: You may request to defer your enrollment or switch to another batch within 14 days of your course start date.
• Late Requests: Batch change requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
• Rejoining Missed Batches: If you miss your course and wish to attend the next batch, you may do so by paying 50% of the original course fee.

• Respectful Communication: All participants must treat instructors, Education Ellipse staff, and fellow students with courtesy and respect.
  Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the course without refund.
• Copyright Compliance: Sharing, copying, recording, or redistributing course materials is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in permanent revocation of access without refund.

• Maintaining a Positive Learning Environment: We reserve the right to remove any student whose behavior negatively affects the class environment or breaches these terms.
